God østeuropæisk-inspireret salami

Smagen og konsistensen var god, og mine to gode venner, som oprindelig er fra Letland, kunne genkende smagen og foretrak den med længder ift. veggie spegepølsen fra Den Grønne Slagter samt Naturli's A La Bresaolo - Der var i hvert fald lidt genklang.

Det skal dog siges, at den har mere smag i sig end de fleste veganske pålæg, så læg endelig tomater, agurker eller andet på for at tæmme noget af smagen.
