• Petit Alba by Petit Veganne 🇫🇷 - a wonderful reminiscent of the goat cheese. Let yourself be surprised by its curdled and melting texture, good in any dish or on cheese platter.
• Ramslök by Casheury 🇸🇪 - a fresh spreadable cheese with wild garlic (Ramsløg) made from cashews.
• Rice Above Smakrik by Olik Foods 🇸🇪 - aged cheese with a complex flavor profile with a lot of umami, light sweetness and a balanced acidity and saltiness. The consistency is firm and slightly crumbly, like an aged cheese. Perfect to grate into salads, wraps and pasta, or thinly slice over freshly made pizza.
• Rice Above Kummin by Olik Foods 🇸🇪 - aged cheese with cumin. The consistency is firm and slightly crumbly, like an aged cheese. Perfect for the cheese board.
• Gondino by Pangea 🇮🇹 - a brilliant parmesan cheese that can be shredded on hot dishes like pasta or risotto, grilled to crispy flakes in the oven, or enjoyed cold as is.
