Gondino Aged Classic is a chickpea flour and coconut oil-based parmesan alternative. With a flavour and texture that is so close to the original, you will win over the fiercest Parmesan-lover and even Italians! 

You can use it just like Parmesan and Grana Padano. Grate it on pizza, pasta, risotto, and salad. Also a perfect addition to your vegan cheeseboards.  Artisan-made by an independent vegan Italian company certificated organic.

Fantastisk duft.

Dufter af mere end den smager, men den er storfavorit her.

Lidt grynet, smuldrer let ved skiveskæring, kikærtesmag, men helt bestemt også god ostesmag . Har endnu til gode at rive den over varm mad. Den minder mig en del om den "grate me" Naturli' engang lavede.

Super tasty cheese. Texture was not the best when exposed to slight heat. Best eaten on crackers.
