The French style white mould-ripened product is Casheury's most sought after cheeze.

These individual cheezes undergo a five-week ripening and ageing process that involves daily maintenance and adjustments. The result is a snowy white cheeze with a soft melty interior that almost has the exact same taste and texture as the original, only better!

A 140g round of fluffy white mould-ripened Cheeze in the style of the French cheese Camembert, this cheeze is the perfect dessert cheese.

About Casheury

Casheury is the Scania-based company that has taken the vegan cheese game to a whole new level. Using traditional cheese-making techniques, Casheury produces creamy cheeses, aged cheeses and mold cheeses made from cashew nuts.

Ikke så kraftfuld som forventet

God konsistens, og selve smagen er god, men ikke så kraftfuld som jeg ville forvente af en camembert. Faktisk er den brie jeg købte tidligere mere kraftfuld

Den er desværre for gammel når den ankommer

Ventetiden gør at osten bliver for moden og begynder at smage melet og af salmiak. Jeg ved ikke hvordan den er, når den er frisk. Det er et problem at der er så kort holdbarhed på produkterne, denne her skulle spises indenfor en uge og var alligevel for moden.
