This delicious cheese with ripe black garlic is made from the finest, organically produced products. It has been aged and matured for 6 weeks to bring out its sweet umami flavor which, combined with a hint of garlic, leaves you wanting more. The black garlic is locally produced and comes from Food Bros in Skåne, Swedish pea miso from Liura and a little magic to produce this cheese!

About Casheury

Casheury is the Scania-based company that has taken the vegan cheese game to a whole new level. Using traditional cheese-making techniques, Casheury produces creamy cheeses, aged cheeses and mold cheeses made from cashew nuts.
