Fermented "Brie"

After having seduced anyone from starred chefs to foodies, and won numerous awards, Les Nouveaux Affineurs' Brie is already defined as a gourmet classic!

A smooth and very generous paste, a fine bloomy rind that slightly resists the blade of the knife - the taste is a cloud of sweetness when it is young, and has powerful notes when it is more mature.

In cooking, the brie cheese can be used raw in salads, mixed with a creamy sauce for pasta or risotto, or in hot dishes like mushroom pie and ravioli.

In addition to being delicious, it is also lactose-free, cholesterol-free, and contains half the saturated fat of an equivalent cheese.
