Plant-based alternative to blue cheese in the style of GORGONZOLA

Aged over eight weeks and made with genuine Penicillium Roqueforti, this cashew-based cheese has a mild pleasant blue flavor with a smooth, creamy texture.

Casheury is the Scania-based company that has taken the vegan cheese game to a whole new level. Using traditional cheese-making techniques, Casheury produces award-winning creamy cheeses, aged cheeses and mould cheeses made from cashew nuts.

En cremet ost som god erstatning til en mozzarella, dog lidt for salt til min smag

Den er vild 😍

Seriøst den bedste veganske, blå 'mugost', jeg nogensinde har smagt.
Fermenteringen er perfekt og de cremede cashewnødder spiller fantastisk sammen med roquefort-kulturen.
